Summary Scope of Work:The scope includes mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing and/or sealing, vacuuming, spot cleaning and steam cleaning various flooring and floor covering materials including those on stairways and landings. Surface dusting, cleaning of windows and window coverings, upholstery cleaning, cleaning of restroom facilities and fixtures, cleaning of lunchroom and kitchen appliances, fixtures and facilities and trash removal.
