This effort is estimated for award in the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2019 with an approximate period of performance of 60 months.The anticipated IDIQ contract is for the procurement of a conversion effort to convert existing Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) Long Cargo Armored vehicles into High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) Resupply Vehicles (RSVs).

Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) United States Marine Corps (USMC) is seeking information to identify  interested vendors  that have the technical capability of converting  up to two hundred twenty-three (223) Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (MTVR) cargo vehicles into High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) Resupply Vehicles (RSV).  The HIMARS RSV is a fielded system.

This axle assembly is used on each of the eight variants of the HEMTT A4 which include the cargo, refueler, load handling system, recovery, light equipment transporter, patriot tractor, guided missile transporter, and multiple launch rocket system resupply variants.The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources.

The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) Quantico, VA, intends to award a sole source contract to Butler Parachute Systems, Inc. (PO Box 6098, 1820 Loudon Ave. N.W., Roanoke, VA 24017) for the Tandem Off-set Resupply Delivery System (TORDS) Military Tandem Tethered Bundle (MTTB) as listed in Table 1.
