Solicitation SPE603-22-R-0510 is for the acquisition of services to build, manage, and operate a retail fuel facility on MCB Quantico, VA. The contractor is responsible for and furnishing as required all personnel, equipment, material and/or facilities necessary for providing ground fuel services. The contractor shall provide retail fuel dispensing services for commercial grade gasoline, E85 alternative fuel, and commercial grade diesel.
