is to enable the University of Central Florida (UCF) Board of Trustees for the benefit of the UCF Convocation Corporation to enter into an agreement with a “Tennant” for the lease of a retail space at the “Knights Plaza” facility located on the UCF main campus adjacent to the UCF Arena. There are currently two spaces available for lease at Knights Plaza. Respondent(s) are asked to submit an offer for one of the two available spaces.
The Government’s desire is for a full-service lease of Retail space for an Armed Forces Career Center for a term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights. Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners.
