A greywater reuse prototype shall be designed and fabricated using technology developed in Year 1 of BAA contract W912HZ21C0021 with Frontier Environmental Technology. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR 13.106-1(b). There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement.

Technical Objectives include:• Prototypes must reduce SWAP-C (size, weight, power, and cost) for current methods and devices in DoD systems.• Prototypes must clearly demonstrate increased performance and capability for current methods and devices.• Reuse IP to the maximum extent.• Prototypes must close technical and performance gaps at the military system level.The Government will evaluate the solutions with the intent of awarding an Other Transaction

If the City elects to employ a different architect or engineer to perform the site adaptation and other architectural or engineering services involved in reuse of the prototype, that architect or engineer will be entitled to use Consultant's sub-consultants on the same basis that Consultant would have been entitled to use them for the work on the reuse of the prototype, and such architect or engineer will be entitled, to the extent allowed by law,
