This project involves the planting of native trees to establish and/or enhance riparian and upland forest areas. 10.42 total acres will be planted on three open space parcels owned by the Carroll County Commissioners, one open space parcel owned by the Town of Manchester, and one private property. The trees in this project shall be planted and maintained in conformance with the specifications provided in this document and the individual planting plans created for each planting location.
