This is a RFP Secondary solicitation for the Office of Planning and Research's (OPR) General Plan Guidelines and Supplementing Documents Update. Government Code section 65040.2 requires that the Office of Planning and Research (OPR) periodically revise the General Plan Guidelines (Guidelines) to support the development of general plans for all cities and counties. The Guidelines were las revised in 2017. Proposals can be electronically submitted through the Purchasing Department electronic bid system by Thursday, June 27, 2024 @ 2:30 p.m., at which time proposals will be unsealed electronically.
