The primary purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit ideas, suggestions, comments, and any other information as inputs to the development of the Energy Efficiency Revolving Loan Fund (RLF)) and the expansion of the existing Kentucky Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund, including third party administration options for the RLF programs.
The Program will prioritize previously developed sites, existing or abandoned commercial sites, including brownfields, landfills, former commercial or industrial sites dormant electric generating sites, and otherwise underutilized sites.
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Cleanup Cooperative Agreement to pay for remediation activities at the former Earl M. Witt School, 20 Hyde Park Road in Stafford, CT. The grant includes a $130,000 cost share from the Town so the total budget for the project is $780,000.
