SMART is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to analyze and update specific unrepresented employee position classifications and associated compensation rates. Consultant shall conduct a comprehensive classification and compensation study for identified positions that will assess the current classification schedule and identify potential adjustments to job duties, titles, salaries and benefits.
