The short-term intent of the PEMB is to function as a secure, stand-alone P&E work space and storage location while the existing police station undergoes future building additions. Long-term, the PEMB will be used for miscellaneous police storage. The selected CMAR will be expected to participate as part of the design team and work closely with the Engineer and the Town throughout the project.
