Voice of the Customer Surveys Project Description :The OCRC presently tracks Consumer and Licensed Cannabis Retailers (“Retailers”) satisfaction and feedback to highlight pain points and areas of opportunities to improve the customer journey and provide a frictionless experience for customers through the Consumer (“OCS.ca”) and Retailer Wholesale (“B2B”) portals.
The Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA), Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC), is soliciting bids for Armored Car services. The awarded Contractor will provide service within the Sacramento area to transport locked money bags from BCC headquarters to the Bank of America Vault. The Contractor will be required to meet minimum time frames, transport items weighing up to fifty (50) pounds each and be accountable for locked security bags.
