This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first step of a two-phase bidding process. The work consists of construction of a new 1.8 MGD water treatment plant within a 10,500 s.f. masonry building that will contain filtration equipment, process piping, below grade storage tanks, and chemical feed systems.
