This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Red Ribbon week supplies as described described in Attachment A, Statement of Work (SOW) and pursuant with the Terms and Conditions attached. The government anticipates award of a Blanket Purchase Agreement for one base period and four option periods beginning date of award.

This proposal applies to but is not limited to the following categories: TROPHIES, AWARDS, PLAQUES, FLAGS, BANNERS, GRADUATION SUPPLIES, PERSONALIZED T-SHIRTS, RED RIBBON WEEK ITEMS. Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period, with the initial award expected to occur at the March, 2023 school board meeting.

Trademark rights to print the red ribbon campaign yearly slogan is copyrighted and licensed to Nimco Inc. further justifying the single source. Although similar items are available, the theme "Celebrate Life. Live Drug Free." will not appear in similar/like products. NIMCO, INC. is the only vendor able to provide these items due to their trademarks and copyrights on the theme.
