    Trademark rights to print the red ribbon campaign yearly slogan is copyrighted and licensed to Nimco Inc. further justifying the single source. Although similar items are available, the theme "Celebrate Life. Live Drug Free." will not appear in similar/like products. NIMCO, INC. is the only vendor able to provide these items due to their trademarks and copyrights on the theme.
