These products are intended to provide outreach, education, intervention, and prevention for anti-drug messaging in direct support of the National Family Partnership's Red Ribbon Week Campaign. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR Part 13. The anticipated award date is 24 May 2022. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals.
