The requirement is for an ongoing maintenance and development of the Advanced National Seismic System (ANSS) Quake Monitoring System (AQMS) for the Puerto Rico Seismic Network (PRSN). To the knowledge of the USGS, ISTI is the only source capable of meeting all the described requirements below.

This requirement is for support for data services for the Puerto Rico Tsunami Warning System using the Puerto Rico Seismic Network (PRSN) which is owned and operated by the University of Puerto Rico. The PRSN operates a network of 24 broadband stations and 4 short period stations. Data from 120 seismic stations from the Caribbean and adjoining regions are also acquired and analyzed by the PRSN.

Since 2003, role has been fulfilled by the Puerto Rico Seismic Network (PRSN).

This requirement is for support for data services for the Puerto Rico Tsunami Warning System using the Puerto Rico Seismic Network (PRSN) which is owned and operated by the University of Puerto Rico. The period of performance will be a base period of one (1) year with two (2) one (1) year option periods. The PRSN operates a network of 24 broadband stations and 4 short period stations. 

The questionaire specifically addresses knowledge of VA regulations, local building regulation knowledge/experience in Puerto Rico, structural seismic deficiency reconstruction experience and bonding capability. Please ensure to respond to all questions.
