All three installed Covid-19 storage buildings will be placed and anchored to a concrete pad with an accompanying concrete apron that is sloped to prevent water buildup out to the adjacent road. The concrete apron shall be 80 feet x 12 feet in Pine Ridge, and 40 feet x 12 feet in Kyle and Wanblee. The buildings will also have electrical service connected, outlets provided and installed, and overhead LED lighting.
