Through this authority, the Department desires to invoke the widest possible interest to obtain the most qualified and capable concession operator available. The Department is seeking a partner to operate the stable concession at Maybury State Park. The selected partner will offer horses for the general public to ride by the hour. This activity must be the major focus and service provided by the riding stable.
