The intended contract modification will be P00003 under order N00019-20-F-0157 and the Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-19-G-0029.This requirement will be procured in accordance with statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2), in that SAC is the only responsible source and no other type of equipment will satisfy Marine Corps
