Loss Control and Claims Reporting/RMIS Requirements The selected vendor shall provide a fully integrated risk management information system. In the areas of claim information, loss control information and general financial information, the firm shall have the capability to provide the following:  Loss run printouts by policy year (July 1st through June 30th).

The security controls must be designed, developed, approved by VA, and implemented in accordance with the provisions of VA security system development life cycle as outlined in NIST Special Publication 800-37, Guide for Applying the Risk Management Framework to Federal Information Systems, VA Handbook 6500, Information Security Program and VA Handbook 6500.5, Incorporating Security and Privacy in System Development Lifecycle. f.
