A prefabricated pedestrian overcrossing steel structured bridge would be constructed at the existing Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) railroad right of way. The trail would be used for alternative transportation and recreation; as well as serve as an interconnection to community parks, school, shopping centers, and the Kern River Parkway.
