The entire surface shall be broomed, bladed or raked as required by the Road Administrator and shall be thoroughly rolled with final brooming the day after the final application. Excess aggregate will be removed from the completed surface as directed by the Road Administrator. The aggregate will be Type PB, Grade 4. Meeting or exceeding Texas Highway Department 2004 standard specifications.
