Taylor Road Roundabout Garden Landscape Redesign-Build2024-TOB-RFP-007Closing Date: 05/09/2024 02:00:00 PM ETDetail: Town of Bracebridge (Town) is seeking proposals from qualified landscapers to undertake a redesign-build remodel of the garden in the middle of the roundabout located at the intersection of Taylor Road and Cedar Lane in Bracebridge, ON.
This project consists of a 2-mile, 24-inch transmission force main which begins at the South Gate Master Pump Station, follows Hyde Park Street to Brookhaven Drive, onto Sea View Street crossing Beneva Road and then north to Bahia Vista Street and continuing east to the McIntosh Road and Bahia Vista Street intersection. The force main is planned to be constructed in the County’s right-of- way and under the south road lane of Bahia Vista Street.
The intersection of Midnight Pass Road (SR758) at Beach Road (CR 789) on Siesta Key is programmed for improvements. A public input survey in 2020 concluded that a modern roundabout at this intersection will offer improved safety and move the traffic more efficiently compared to an improved signalized intersection.
