The Town of Cochrane is requesting a proposal to replace sections of surface treatment on Genier Road.

This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Downtown Road Surface Repairs, as further described in Section D.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

This Request for Quote is issued by the James City Service Authority to obtain quotes for asphalt road surface repairs. The successful vendor shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by Douglas Lang , Utility Operations Superintendent. All work shall be completed within 30 days of the start date indicated in the Notice to Proceed. All quotes must be received by April 18, 2019, no later than 2 p.m.

All site supervisors assigned to this project shall have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial asphalt road repair. Faxed or emailed responses are acceptable.

The successful vendor shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by Ted Williamson , Utility Operations Superintendent and Doug Lang , Wastewater Operations. Please pay close attention to the addresses that have a “MUST” in the description of work to be done.
