The State of Wisconsin (State) as represented by the Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is seeking proposals for RWIS Data Polling and Display. The resulting Contract will be available for optional use by state agencies and county highway departments (collectively “Authorized User”). The scope of the RFP includes the following: • Retrieval of RWIS data from 75 ESS statewide via cellular modems provided by WisDOT or other means of communication • Processing of ESS data • Display of RWIS data on a graphical user interface (GUI) • External dissemination of data via web API or FTP. • Quality control of all gathered data
