The City is seeking the engineering services of a consulting firm, or consortium of firms, to undertake a Municipal Class Environmental Assessment Study for the new municipal road extensions included in the approved River Road Secondary Plan. The successful respondent will also undertake a property needs assessment on River Road (from Melran Drive to Townline Road) for the road improvements identified in the River Road Secondary Plan.

In addition, the successful proponent is required to evaluate the existing road alignment and provide viable options for rehabilitation.
