Proposals must be received in an envelope marked “Rock Hauling” at the Old Historic Courthouse, 3 rd Floor (Commission Secretary), 102 East Wall Street, Harrisonville, Missouri.Scope of Work Successful bidder will be responsible for hauling aggregates from local Cass County rock quarries to various project road sites within Cass County. Haulers must have the ability to spread rock on the roadways.
