Services include supporting the toll program on a wide variety of topics pertaining to the back office, customer service, toll roadside systems, revenue collection and violations, Express Lanes Equity Program, Toll Service Provider key performance indicators, analysis and reporting of traffic and revenue, toll system operations, maintenance and business rules.
Addendum #1 DDENDUM#1 PROJECT: RFP#2023-008 City of Eagle Pass Toll Collection System NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: This addendum is issued to provide clarifications about the questions received through www.publicpurchase.com and This addendum shall be a part of RFP#2023-008 City of Eagle Pass Toll Collection System.
The project will convert toll collection operations from All Electronic Toll (AET) collection at toll plazas to Open Road Tolling (ORT). The Project proposes to design, install, and operate a new toll system to support cashless tolling at highway speeds, also known as ORT. The expected benefits of ORT include increased safety, more efficient tolling, decreased vehicle delay, and lower vehicle emissions.
The Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) plans to solicit Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the design, development, implementation, operations and maintenance of a Toll Collection System as part of the program to convert seven (7) toll bridges in the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Area to Open Road Tolling.
