Work includes, but is not limited to, site preparation, erosion control, excavation, utility improvements, construction of buildings and structures, aggregates, cast-in-place concrete, asphalt paving, catch basins and subsurface drainage, topsoil, restoration plantings and miscellaneous site improvements.

MUTCD Figure 6H-10 Lane Closure on a Two-Lane Road Using Flaggers (TA-10) shall be applied in the establishment of temporary traffic control on two lane roads if there is center line striping; or if the posted speed limit is 30 mph or greater; or if the work zone is in or near an intersection; or if traffic speed or volume otherwise dictate the need.

Adams County will provide site control data. Adams County also has complted an initial site topo.

The Project consists of furnishing all labor and materials required for the Kingston Drive Roadway Improvements located at Commerce Drive in Lyons, Toombs County, Georgia, including but not limited to resurfacing existing asphalt paving, new asphalt paving with graded aggregate base, curb and gutter, grading, storm drainage, erosion control, and miscellaneous site work. The work in the Contract will be awarded on the basis of the total sum bid.

The Base Bid includes but is not be limited to site clearing and mobilization, traffic control, concrete sidewalk replacement, concrete curb, ADA ramps, HMA pavement repair, HMA milling and paving, crosswalk reconstruction, signage, striping, site restoration, and all other incidentals appurtenant thereto as directed by the Engineer, in a neat, competent, and skilled manner.
