The design work will need to include roadway improvements due to utility work and include incorporating concrete sidewalks along the roadway which currently doesnt have sidewalks. This work will include relocating/reconnecting existing services from the residential homes to the relocated utility lines.

The work will include planning, design, right-of-way acquisition assistance, utility relocation coordination, and construction assistance of a new roadway segment bypassing the Village of Lucketts to the west. This Project will have two (2) phases. In Phase I, the Offeror will focus on the planning and development of alignment alternatives.
