Scope of Work The vendor will deliver and install (1) WorkMate Claris Recording System which includes (1) one EP- Workmate System, (1) one WorkMate ImageSync, (1) one WorkMate Unity Review Module, (1) one WorkMate Unity HL-7 Module, all components for installation and set-up, and (1) one year service plan for EP-WorkMate System, to the Cardiology Cath Lab Section of Medical Service located at 1901 S. Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas 76504.
This service agreement will cover all hardware and software installed and 24/7 monitoring for the robot. 2. SCOPE: Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, parts, material, travel and supervision for full software and hardware maintenance support, and online remote monitoring and support for (2) TUG Laboratory Robots.

Bid must include all charges, for labor, materials, equipment, delivery and installation of equipment in final lab setting, training, and all destination fees, DDP ready for use to LCCC, Elyria, Ohio for a completed ‘turn-key’ project.
