***Amendment 0005 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following:1. Submission date will be extended to 3 March 2023. 2. Clarify answer to question H in amendment 0004 to “Rough Floors Plans of the processing area can be requested by following the instructions in the solicitation.” 3.Provide the following question and answer from interested vendors:A. I do not see any instructions in the solicitation that allow the request for pictures. I am requesting to have pictures sent to us of the existing equipment, tooling, and potential installation rooms, and control room. No additional photos or drawings of the current equipment, tools and possible installation areas will be provided.***End of Amendment 0005***
