Established in 1983 as a fund at the Greater Kansas City Community Foundationby the Hall Family Foundation, the Black Community Fund (BCF) has been investing in the African American community in Missouri’s Greater Kansas City region for more than 30 years.Through BCF, grants generally ranging from $500 to $15,000 will be awarded in support of 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations focused on enhancing the socio-economic aspects of the African American community in the Greater Kansas City area. Community Antenna Television (CATV) installation and service is required to be performed in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) Installation.
