RFP#23-16 Electronic Roll Call Software 1 | P a g e Request for Proposal 23-16 Board of Commissioners (BOC) Electronic Roll Call Software The County of Ottawa, on behalf of the Clerk’s Department, is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors to provide and implement an Electronic Roll Call Software for our Board of Commissioners (BOC) meetings.
Successful Proposers may enter into an On Call Agreement (“On Call Agreement”) effective on the date the On Call Agreement is signed by both parties. Contractors who have an active On Call Agreement may be directly awarded Work or may be eligible to bid on Work according to the criteria set forth under Section 1.2.1, Contracting Methods. Some contracting opportunities for Work may only be available to Contractors under an On Call Agreement.
