The project includes approximately 1,030 sm. roof replacement on Roof Areas B, C & E. This includes the removal of conventional BUR roof assembly and the installation of conventional Mod. Bit. roof assembly, the installation of parapets, curbs, prefinished metal cladding along the adjacent walls, sheet metal flashings, and the reinstallation of rooftop mechanical equipment. The project also includes approximately 165 sm. of window replacement.

The proposed roof and window replacements are to improve energy efficiency and reduce operation costs. The 2nd and 3rd story roofs are proposed for replacement and are currently ballasted EPDM roofs and approximately 35,000 SF in size total. The existing fixed aluminum windows and curtain wall system need replacement and consist of approximately 4,000 of glazing.
