The work required for this project includes removal and installation of new timber sheathing and roofing material, installation of gutters, downspouts and roof access ladder, select roof joist replacement, truss and column repairs, and the removal of a building containing bathrooms and office space.
The scope also includes adding insulation along the interior face of exterior walls, roof joist cavities and the replacement of the roof including adding insulation to roof. Renovation of unit 2037A into an ADA compliant accessible unit involving relocation of the bathroom and laundry within the unit. Modifications to concrete walks providing access to unit 2037A.
