Description: View BidNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Wayne will receive sealed bids for Wayne County – Hall of Justice Roof Recover project located at 54 Broad Street, Lyons, NY 14489.Project Summary:Wayne County is looking to award a Single Prime Contract to add insulation and a new modified bitumen roofing system over the existing EPDM roofing system that has exceeded the life of its warranty period.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, supervision, etc. to successfully seal the roof at trailer 80 using a Roofing Grade Rubber that could double the life expectancy of the existing roof system in accordance with the SOW, dated 01/30/2024. The contract term shall cover a Base Period from 02/15/2024 to 04/15/2024.
