Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and incidentals required to safely clear snow/ice from the rooftop and ensuring removed snow/ice is moved to existing snow piles.
SCOPE OF SERVICES 2.1 Rooftop Snow Removal Contractor shall furnish necessary labor, equipment, and expertise to remove excess snow from rooftops and building perimeters at the Tobey Building, 45 South Fruit Street, Concord, NH (18,00020,000 sq. ft. PVC membrane roof). Contractor will leave approximately 6 of snow to protect roof surfaces and materials.

Contractor to remove existing snow and ice on identified roofs to within 6-inches of roof membrane. Contractor to protect roof membrane from damage during snow removal operations. Snow and ice is to be disposed of at a location provided by the contractor.The buildings included in the scope of this contract may be occupied.
SOURCES SOUGHT SNOW/ICE REMOVAL SERVICESThe U.S. Army Regional Contracting Office (RCO) in Fort Wainwright, Alaska is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources necessary to support the requirement for Building Roof Snow Removal Services on Fort Wainwright Alaska. This is only for buildings with a flat rooftop.
Offer Section III: Rooftop Snow Removal Individual Location Pricing requiring the removal of snow buildup shall include cleanup from any/all snow on walkways or lot resulting from precipitation from roof/structure. Except as otherwise specified in this Scope of Service (see Agency Specification Section), all services performed under this contract shall be performed between the hours 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

For rooftop snow removal, the Contractor will leave approximately 6" of snow to protect roof surfaces and materials. Snow removed from roofs and deposited into walkways, parking areas, or in front of HVAC equipment, generators or windows, must be removed.
