Agency and Contracting Activity Identification: The National Cemetery Administration ( NCA), NCA Pacific District, 1301 Clay Street, Suite 1230 North, Oakland CA 94612-5209, as directed by the NCA Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery will enter into a contract that requires justification for other than full and open competition procedures. 2.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) Intends to award on a Sole Source Basis to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern (US Diversified Contracting Services) under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 334416, for the repair of their Solar System at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego, California.
The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to provide Interment and Grounds Maintenance Services at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery. The physical area of the contract includes the cemetery proper, structures, paving, and landscaped grounds, maintenance areas, roadways, stormwater facilities, perimeter landscaped areas, and all its landscape elements.
