A firm fixed priced contract will be awarded for the procurement of RTI Connext DDS Professional, Developer SubscriptionP/N: 866-20-85-00-01 for a quantity of 5 each, Basic Support, User Subscription P/N: 869-20-00-00 for a quantity of 1 each, RTI Connext DDS Prorated P/N: 866-20-85-00-01 quantity of 1 each, RTI CORBA Compatibility P/N: 875-20-00-00 quantity of 1 each, manufactured by Real-Time Innovations Inc.
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure the supply for RTI Connext DDS software on a Sole Source basis from Real-Time Innovations Inc.The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Real Time Innovations for RTI Connext Software Renewal.FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) and 6.302-1(c) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and name brand descriptions.
(RTI): 1) P/N: 899-20-85-00-01, RTI Connext DDS Secure, Developer Subscription (1-9), Qty. 3; and 2) P/N: 869-20-00-00, Basic Support, User Subscription, Qty. 1. RTI is located in Sunnyvale, California.No other software would be compatible (form, fit, and function) with the software currently installed for this purpose.
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a sole source basis from Real-Time Innovations, Inc., 232 East Java Drive, Sunnyvale, CA, 94089-1218 for the purchase of RTI Connext DDS Renewal listed on the attached SF18 and Requirements List. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12.
Following items are a) Quantity 6 - Part #866-20-85-00-01: License for RTI Connext DDS Professional, Developer Subscription, and b) Quantity 1 - Part #C-5044-69-00-07: 120 Hours Premium Support, Annual Subscription.
