The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure the supply for RTI Connext DDS software on a Sole Source basis from Real-Time Innovations Inc.The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Real-Time Innovations, Inc. for Ten (10) RTI Connext DDS Professional Developer Licenses, One (1) RTI Limited-Bandwidth Plugin License, One (1) Year of Premium Support and One (1) Year of Direct Support Access.The provisions and clauses included and/or incorporated in this solicitation document are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular.
