DBA RTI, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 for the purchase of RTI Software Renewal see attached SF18. No other program can perform the functions that RTI does and no other product has been certified.Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 13. The order shall be firm fixed price.  

Synopsis:NASA/NSSC has a requirement for RTI Software Renewal. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Real-time Innovations, Inc. 232 E Java Dr Sunnyvale CALIFORNIA 94089-1318 USA under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Real-time Innovations, Inc. is the sole provider of RTI Software RenewalNASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. 

(RTI) for the following manufactured products:  RTI Software Renewal.  RTI is located in Sunnyvale, California. Please see attached SF18. No other program can perform the functions that RTI does and no other product has been certified.  The software must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing systems presently installed.Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114.
