Contractor shall demolish one small area of rubber overlay flooring as shown in picture below in B92. Approximately 200 square feet of rubber flooring overlay shall be removed by the contractor. New Nora flooring shall be installed over existing white VCT tile that is under the rubber overlay. Contractor shall demolish existing carpet in B92A and prep floor and install NORA flooring as described above.
