The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to install Traffic Speed Cushions and associated signage. The City intends to establish an annual Citywide contract to provide construction services/labor, equipment, and supervision for installing rubber speed cushions on an “as-needed’ basis.
