There are two projects, one consists of mechanical renovations and associated work while the other consists of the construction of the construction of building Electrical Service and campus Site Lighting. Vendors may bid on one or the other, or both.

The Project consists of the demolition of existing underground tunnel structures, power plant building, and maintenance building and all associated mechanical and electrical equipment. Additionally, the Project consists of the construction of new structural walls to cap removed tunnels, waterproofing, new mechanical and electrical systems, and associated site improvements.
