The group specializes in single job/prototype work and short production runs of unique mechanical components. The group also provides mechanical engineering design, optics and glass fabrication, and overall technical solutions for the fabrication and assembly of electromechanical devices. To meet mission requirements, the FTO needs to procure two new multi-tasking 5-Axis Mill Turning Centers.
Install new pump & motor, re-use existing conduits, etc., run new electrical wire for motor circuit. Replace motor mechanical safety switch on newly re-wired electric circuit. Provide new flexible conduit and wire from new starter to pump motor. Remove all trash.
Prior to the mechanical aerator installation, (4) electrical services need to be installed and run out to the proposed mechanical aerator locations in addition to the installation (4) manufacturer supplied motor control boxes that will be used to control the aerators once installed. This scope of work pertains to the installation of the electrical services and the installation of the manufacturer supplied motor control boxes only.
