Pursuant to Florida Statute 287.055 Consultant's Competitive negotiation Act (CCNA), in accordance with 40 USC 1101-1104 (Brooks Act), the County is soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide professional engineering and design services for safety improvements along CR 452 from CR 44 to the Lake / Marion County line, approximately 9.3 miles in length.
Neighborhood Safety Improvements The City of Boston, acting by its Chief, invites sealed bids for the performance of the work generally described above, and particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids. The project will provide pedestrian improvements along a section of Military Highway and at select intersections throughout Norfolk. Work will include concrete sidewalk, drainage system modifications, curb and gutter, curb ramps, pedestrian signals, tree removal, landscaping, and other associated items.
