In accordance with MGL c.30B, it is the intention of the Town to purchase 60 Smith & Wesson M&P9 Compact M2.0 Pistols and sell firearms/accessories as described in the IFB available for download on the Town website. This Request for Offer will receive sealed bids for the sale of assorted lots of surplus firearms. Interested bidders must possess a valid and current Federal Firearms License (FFL), and will be required to submit a copy of the FFL in order to obtain Attachment A – RFO-21-193 to Mary.Roman@YumaAz.gov. Only holders of a FFL will be sent the Request for Offer.
