The Department of Veterans Affairs, Salisbury Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) has a need for a Contractor to provide Two (2), ALCOR iSED Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) Analyzers, or equivalent, with Reagents and Standards for laboratory use by Salisbury VA Medical Centers Kernersville Health Care Center 1695 Kernersville Medical Parkway, Kernersville, NC 27284 and Charlotte Health Care Center 3506 West Tyvola Road Charlotte, NC 28208.
The contractor shall provide services which include all collection, preparation for shipping samples, shipment samples, completion of the chain of custody forms/records as well as all other required documentation for analysis of water and swab samples for water-born bacteria upon customer specific request and reporting the results to the Salisbury Veterans Health Care System.
