This determination is in accordance with the following section of 7 CSR 10-11.020(5)(A) (2) and 7CSR10-11.020(5)(B)(1)(B). Repair parts needed are listed in attachments.

The contract shall be divided into two parts, with a separate contract awarded for each part. Part 1 includes deicing sand and Part 2 includes brine salt. A CONTRACTOR is not required to bid on both parts to have a valid bid but may do so at its discretion. Bid bonds are not required to be submitted with the bid. A fax or scanned and emailed bid is acceptable if sent to a third party and not directly to the City of Bismarck.
