(d) Product samples. When required by the solicitation, product samples shall be submitted at or prior to the time specified for receipt of offers. Unless otherwise specified in this solicitation, these samples shall be submitted at no expense to the Government, and returned at the sender's request and expense, unless they are destroyed during preaward testing.(e) Multiple offers.
Samples: Reference Attachment A, “24. Samples”: In addition...Samples shall not be required prior to Bid opening. SBAC reserves the right to request one (01) sample of proposed product from the low apparent Bidder during the evaluation process. Bidder shall be responsible for submitting product sample within three (03) business days of request by the Purchasing Department unless otherwise agreed.
Services will involve have 400 carnivore serum samples tested for endpoint titers of rabies virus neutralizing antibodies using the rapid fluorescent focus inhibition test (RFFIT). Upon receipt of samples, the laboratory needs to store sera at 2-8°C. We are also requesting that an official report of final - results be provided to USDA NWRC in an Excel spreadsheet showing IU/mL and reciprocal titers for each of the 400 samples.
